After the Covid-19 pandemic, manufacturing industry was faced with challenge of continuing to create highest quality products at lowest possible cost and in shortest time. PT also experiences this. Trias Indra Saputra is a manufacturer Aluminum Cable Ladder located Kabupaten Tangerang, Indonesia. Lean one method that can be used identify reduce waste production process. The existence process lead increased processing time for product. Value Stream Mapping (VSM), as an approach Manufacturing, find problems flow information. Identification begins describing current state VSM then analyzing into 7 categories. obtaining category, continue conducting Root Cause Analysis before designing taking action improve By implementing PT. by 52%, Man Power 70%, 34% same even better than before.
